Look at Me

I see your face,
As I pass you by,
The frown, the grin
Not really knowing why.

I hear you talk from time to time,
And hardly ever it seems,
That you are sublime.

More than that,
You seem sad,
Talking of your troubles
Is life really that bad?

Do you know there is so much more,
More to life,
Than just a score.

Do you know it’s the little things,
That will bring you the happiness,
Of your dreams.

Look at me when we meet,
Look in my eyes,
And let me look in yours.

We will meet each other there in that gaze,
Me in you,
And
You in me.
